What makes Drag & Fly Tours different?

Hosted by legendary drag queens, our tours mix Palm Springs’ rich history with comedy, live narration, and dazzling video moments. How long is the tour?

Our show runs 90–100 minutes of non-stop fun. Be sure to arrive with enough time to check in and meet the queen before we hit the road.

How much is the tour?

Tickets are $99.99 per person.

How do I book a tour?

Snag your tickets online at our Booking Page. These seats sell out fast—don’t miss your chance to sashay your way through Palm Springs!

When do the tours run?

We roll out the pink carpet Thursday–Sunday at 11AM, 1PM, and 3PM. A 5PM tour is also available on select days—check the booking page for the latest schedule.

Where does the tour start/check-in?                                                                            

Check-in and departure take place at Market Market, a chic vintage department store located at 1555 S Palm Canyon Dr UNIT F, Palm Springs, CA 92264 in the Plaza Del Sol Shopping Center. Check-in happens inside the store—look for us, you can’t miss it!

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at Market Market for all our guests.

How many guests fit on the bus?  

Bus? You mean our glamorous mobile theater? It seats up to 13 guests, creating an intimate and unforgettable experience!

Can I bring alcohol on the tour?

Yes, darling! You’re welcome to bring your own beverages (sealed until on the bus). We can’t serve or pour for you, but you’re free to sip and enjoy once aboard.

For added convenience, our official boarding location, Market Market, offers a fantastic selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Even better—Drag & Fly guests enjoy 10% off on beverages. Cheers to that!

Should we tip the performers?

If you loved the show (and we know you will), cash tips are always appreciated after the tour! A typical gratuity is 15–20%, but any amount is welcomed with gratitude. For added convenience, you can also tip online at our Tip Jar.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all guests must sign a waiver before the tour. Ticket purchasers should forward the order confirmation email to everyone in their party. From the email, each guest can click "Sign My Waiver" to complete the form.

Ticket purchasers will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before the tour. The waiver only takes a few seconds, so please complete it before arriving—Don’t be a diva, just get it done!

Can we take photos or videos during the show?

Absolutely! Snap away throughout the tour. For videos, you’re welcome to record at the intermission stop and on the bus—but only before the tour begins or after it ends. And honey, don’t forget to tag us in your photos—we love sharing your fabulous memories!

Do you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?

Of course! Our bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift. During checkout, you can let us know if someone in your party will need it.If you didn’t indicate this at checkout, no problem—just contact us at least 48 hours in advance with your order number. If a guest is unable to transfer to a seat on the mobile theater, you must let us know in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.

Are there bathrooms available?

Bathrooms are available at our pickup/drop off location, Market Market, and at our intermission stop. There is no bathroom onboard the mobile theater.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Plans change—we get it! Contact us to cancel or exchange your reservation date/time up to 7 days before your scheduled tour. Please note that service fees are non-refundable for cancellations.

Can I book the entire bus for a private tour?

Yes! You can reserve the entire bus for a private tour—perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or group gatherings. Private tours are mainly scheduled during our regular posted tour times based on availability. For the fastest booking, we encourage you to purchase all 13 seats directly online. Contact us to book private tours outside of our posted dates and times—additional surcharges may apply. Due to high demand, discounts are not available for private tours.

Do you offer tours for conferences or large events?

Absolutely! We can arrange multiple tours for conferences, corporate events, or large groups—guaranteed to make a fabulous impression. For large conferences, we can pick up and drop off at your conference location if it’s within the downtown Palm Springs area. Discounts may be available when booking several tours.
